You only need 4 ingredients and a few minutes to whip together this simple, wholesome, and absolutely delicious Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie! It\\\'s the perfect kid-friendly breakfast or snack to nourish little bodies!

6 ounces (about ¾ cup) low-fat vanilla yogurt (Greek-style or regular)
1 cup low-fat milk
1 large frozen banana (I like to peel and slice a banana before I freeze it. Then wrap the slices in plastic wrap and put in freezer until ready to use)
2 tablespoons Jif® creamy peanut butter
