a little coconut oil
4.4 oz puffed quinoa
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/3 cup runny honey or maple syrup
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter (the natural kind made from just peanuts!)
2 1/2 oz dark chocolate, melted
flaky sea salt
4.4 oz puffed quinoa
1 cup sunflower seeds

Prepare an 8/8 square baking pan by oiling it with a little coconut oil.
Mix the puffed quinoa, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds in a large bowl.
