Potato Leek Congee

Combine congee with potato and leek.

1/3 cup rice (mixed grains okay)
½ cup russet potato, peeled and cubed.
1/3 cup chopped leek
3½ cup water
Put rice, potato, leek and water in a slow cooker. Cook high for 5 hours, turn to warm.
