Quick Chicken and Vegetable Dinner

Quick, easy and yummy dinner idea with chicken breast fillets and vegetables.

500 g chicken breast fillet
1/3 cup peas
1/3 cup sweetcorn
1/2 cup whole green beans
1/2 cup broccoli
1/3 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup Brussels sprouts
olive oil
1/3 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1-2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
the zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
black pepper
salt
fresh dill
Dice the chicken fillets into cubes and put them in a bowl. Season with salt, black pepper and add some more flavours - curry powder, turmeric, soy sauce, fresh lemon juice and zest, and dried oregano....
