This tomato soup is made in a flash from pantry staples. Only 80 calories plus 4 g of fiber!

•½ onion
•2 cloves garlic
•2 – 15 oz cans diced tomato or 28 oz can diced tomato (organic and/or natural, preferred)
•1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped (or any fresh or dried herbs you have on hand)
•½ c vegetable broth
•? c tomato sauce
•1 – 2 tbsp. sugar
•salt and pepper to taste
