Samosa Wontons

Try the healthier version of samosas. This samosa wonton recipe is the guilt-free version of samosas. The chutney is Caribbean Inspired.

20 Wonton Papers (thawed at room temperature for at least 30 min)
1 Sweet Potato, Partially Baked
1 Red Potato, finely chopped(Optional)
1/ cup of red onions, finely choppe
1 Cup of finely chopped carrots
½ Cup of Frozen Peas
2 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp of black mustard seeds
1 tsp of cumin seeds
2 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
1 tsp of fresh lime juice
½ cup of water
Oil or Oil Spray for brushing the wontons
Cilantro for Garnish
Making the Filling - Make sure that all the ingredients are finely chopped - In a medium wok, add the oil and heat for 30 seconds - Add the Mustard seeds and wait for them to pop - Add the Cumin Seeds...
