Chicken skewers are a winner for any meal, from lunch to dinner parties to appetizers during cocktails. My Sesame Soy Honey Chicken Skewers are easy to prepare and cook up on the grill in just 6 minutes. If you don't have a grill, you can stick under the broiler for a similar effect.

1 pound of chicken thighs cut into two inch squares
1 large Maui onion, cut into one inch squares
2 green peppers, cut into one inch pieces
4 ounces of soy sauce
4 ounces of honey
2 ounces of sesame oil
1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 ounces of sesame seeds
8 skewers

Mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and lemon juice into a large bowl to make the marinade.
