Simple Bacon & Garlic Pasta
Being stuck at home makes you think about what tasty dishes to cook. And now, you have the time to make something good. With just a few pantry staples, you can create a lovely meal that will keep you going.
Everyone loves bacon. It's full of flavor and there's so much you can do with it. It's also a good source of protein. You can add some fresh vegetables such as spinach and broccoli to add more nutritional value to the dish. Capers and olives would be nice too. You can also add a bit of cream to the dish. For a French twist, add a bit of nutmeg or tarragon.
1/3 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp ground black pepper
7 ounces bacon
Salt to taste
