Recipe Soto Goats santi susilowati.

ingredients:
500 gr mutton
500 grams of goat ribs

seasoning:
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 stalk of onion leaves, sliced
4 Orange Leaf
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 tsp salt

Seasonings (mashed):
8 Shallots
4 Garlic
½ tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 cm Ginger


4 Boiled Eggs
2 pieces Fries
2 scallions, sliced
1 Cabbage leaves, sliced
3 tbsp Fried Onion
2 tbsp Sambal
2 tbsp Celery
2 tsp Lime
1 tomato
Fried emping
Wash the meat and ribs. Brush the meat with lemon juice. Allow up to 2 hours. Wash Back. Boil meat and half cooked ribs. Saute the spices already (mashed) and all other spices. Put into the boiling water. Lift when the meat is tender. Prepare a bowl. Enter appendages such as eggs, fried potatoes, leeks, cabbage leaves, fried onions, chilli, celery, lime juice, tomatoes and fried chips.
