Spinach Stuffed Flank Steak with Boiled Green Beans

Marinate the steak for 4 to 6 hours or overnight

½ cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced (2 teaspoon minced garlic or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pound flank steak, fat trimmed, halved crosswise and pounded ¼-inch thick
4 cups (about a 10-ounce package) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves or 2 teaspoon dried basil
1 pound fresh green beans, rinsed, ends trimmed
Sea salt or kosher salt, to taste
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
