This vegan dish can be a meat substitution due to the high protein dried tofu. The special Asian quick frying cooking method gives the dish crisp and juicy texture, as well as strengthened aroma of the spices. Thus it is light but tastes exciting and appetizing.

5 oz. dried tofu
2 red chili peppers
2 cloves garlic
1/4 oz. green onion
1 1/2 T. vegetable oil
2 tsp. light soy sauce
3/4 tsp. sugar
