Gluten free, paleo, and super simple stuffed bell peppers!

4 bell peppers
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 zucchini, sliced
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
Salt, pepper, and any other seasonings
