For the sesame pita chips
6 whole wheat pita pockets (you can use non wheat pita pockets)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

For the hummus
1 garlic clove, unpeeled
1-15 ounce can cannellini beans/white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1-8.5 ounce jar sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained
2 tablespoons sesame tahini
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
