Supremely Spicy Hummus recipe

My Supremely Spicy Hummus recipe allows control the amount of heat depending on your preference. Unlike most hummus recipes, it doesn't require ANY OIL!

FOR COOKING CHICKPEAS
16 ounces dried chickpeas
6 cups water
2 Tbsp. sea salt
2 Tbsp. baking soda
2 Chipotles in Adobo sauce
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS FOR HUMMUS
1/3 Cup Tahini (Sesame Paste)
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
Lemon Juice from 2 Lemons
1 Tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1 Tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper
