Try one of these delicious sweet and salty breakfast bars, that will keep you going all morning! Chock full of fibre, natural sugars, and healthy omega fats, your body will thank you! They even make a perfect dessert or midnight snack with a glass of milk.

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup crunchy Sunbutter/Peanut/Almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (save 1/4 cup for topping bars)
1/2 cup carob or choco chips
