Sweet Peas and Pumpkin Congee

Healthy congee easy on the stomach and tasty for the mouth.

1/3 cup brown rice
4½ cup water
½ cup cooked pumpkin flesh
½ cup sweet peas, thawed
Put rice and water into a slow cooker, cook high for 3 hours. Add pumpkin and cook one more hour. Add sweet peas and continue to cook for half hour.
