16 oz Reames Frozen Egg Noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 oz taco seasoning
10 oz Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
10 oz red enchilada sauce
15 oz corn and diced peppers
1 cup Mexican cheese ( shredded )
  • Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray and set aside.

1 cup cooked rice
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 large onion
3/4 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp Taco seasoning

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/2 lb processed American cheese ( cubed )
