A healthy burger alternative with curry caramelized onions, cilantro mint mayonnaise and homemade whole wheat buns.

1 pound tilapia filets, cut into large chunks
1/2 cup curried caramelized onions
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
