Healthy homemade granola for topping yogurt, oatmeal or just eating straight out of the jar.

2 ¼ cups rolled oat
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup sliced almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

¼ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup maple syrup (can do ¼ maple syrup and ¼ honey)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract
