Soft, rich vegan banana nut bread is the best comforting breakfast on a cool morning. 6 healthy ingredients, gluten free, naturally sweetened.

2 c banana flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 c ripe mashed bananas
2 flax eggs - 2 tbsp ground flaxseed in a small bowl with 6 tbsp water, set in the fridge for 15 minutes before mixing into batter
