Vegan chocolate fudge poptarts are your favorite childhood breakfast, turned healthy! Made with 3 simple ingredients, these poptarts are a fun breakfast or dessert option, and they’re gluten free and naturally sweetened.

Poptart Dough:
2 1/2 c whole grain rolled oats, ground into flour
1/4 c cocoa powder
1 1/2 c date paste - I use about 24 dates blended with 1 1/2 c hot water, then measure out 1 1/2 c paste
Filling:
1/2 c date paste - I use about 8 dates blended with 1/2 c hot water, then measure out 1/2 c paste
1/4 c cocoa powder
Optional: Pascha 100% cacao chips melted down to top the poptarts, or more of the filling to use as icing on top
