Stretchy gooey cashew-based dairy-free mozzarella.

1/2 cup raw cashews
2 tbsp tapioca starch
4 tbsp non-dairy yogurt
1 tbsp miso
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 cup hot water
To prepare for making this cashew mozzarella, soak your raw cashews in hot water for 2-4 hours, or overnight in normal temperature water. Drain the cashews and add them to your blender or food processor....
