Stretchy gooey cashew-based dairy-free mozzarella.

1/2 cup raw cashews
2 tbsp tapioca starch
4 tbsp non-dairy yogurt
1 tbsp miso
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 cup hot water
