Vegan Mushroom Gravy

Delicious and creamy mushroom gravy made from whole foods. The perfect addition to any dinner!

1/2 onion
7 oz (200 gr) mushrooms of your liking
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 generous Tbsp cornstarch or oat flour
1.7 cups (4 dl) water or vegetable broth
6 walnuts*
1 tsp salt (if using broth, add only 1/2 tsp)
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of black pepper
