Thick, sweet vegan pumpkin spice pancakes are the ultimate fall breakfast. 5 healthy ingredients, gluten free and naturally sweetened!

1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2-4 tbsp stevia, depending on how sweet you want your pancakes
1/2 c pumpkin puree
1 c almond milk
Optional: nuts/chocolate chips for topping!

Preheat your griddle to medium high heat.
In a large bowl, mix the banana flour, pumpkin pie spice, and stevia.
Add the pumpkin puree and almond milk and stir into a thick batter.
Measure out about 1/4 cup...
