1 ounce dried shitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1-½ tablespoons minced ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ can water chestnuts, finely chopped (from 8-ounce can)
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion tops
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ teaspoon finely ground black pepper
35 won ton wrappers

1 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Bring a 1 cup of water to a boil and then add the dried mushrooms to the water. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mushrooms soak for 10 minutes.
