This simple walnut-encrusted grouper is sauteed and topped with the best mushrooms you'll ever put in your mouth.

4 small grouper (or other white fish) fillets
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
salt and pepper
olive oil, for brushing
1 8-ounce package mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
