A refreshing healthy drink, flavored with currants and flax seeds to boost your energy.

1 frozen banana, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp. flax seeds, 1 tsp currants, dash cinnamon powder.
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend for 30 sec. The final drink is somewhat chunky, if you prefer a smooth drink blend longer. Pour in a glass and serve. Use immediately or chill for later use.
