Super Moist Gluten Free Banana Nut Muffins

These banana nut muffins are super moist and gluten free with fresh mashed banana and a nice nutty buttery flavor to them, and are a good source of protein, fiber, vitamin E and magnesium.

1c wheat flour
1/3 c almond flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4c sugar
11/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 eggs beaten
1/2c olive oil
2 ripe bananas mashed
combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; make a well in center of mixture; add the rest of the ingredients to the well and fold in mixing until moistened . Bake 400 for 18 min or golden brown.
