Enjoy fall flavors in a healthy, breakfast vehicle. Made with whole grains and is even vegan!

½ c unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ c apple cider (see note)
¾ c apple butter (see note)
1 tbsp flax meal
1 c white whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

1 cup Pomegranate ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized pomegranate )
1 cup Avocado ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized avocado )
1 cup Pineapple ( Don't add the pineapple bark into the mix )
1 cup Banana ( Without the peel )
1 slice Ginger

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
