Apple Cider Vinegar, Balsamic, Rosemary Marinated and Grilled Lamb Loin Chops

Looking for an Easter Lamb recipe that is a “Cost/Time Chopper”? Lamb Loin Chops are less expensive than racks! They cook up in much less time. Plus you can make as many as you need or want. Remember, leftover Lamb is delish in Chopped. I always make a few more than I need.

Ingredients:
8-10 Lamb Loin Chops

Marinade Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon finely Chopped Garlic
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce or Tamari
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Rosemary
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 teaspoon Dried Sage

Zing Factor:
2 Tablespoons Whiskey. I used Irish Whiskey because these were for St. Paddy’s Day.

Before Grilling Ingredients:
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
