Too easy!! 1. Peel oranges with knife to get rid of all the withe layer. 2. Cut slices half an inch wide and rearrange the fruit. 3. Put a little orange liqueur or whatever you have (I have used kurrant and vanilla vodka, both good if you put just a little in top of each fruit) 4. Spread just made caramel (sugar melted in a pot) 5. Enjoy once cooled alone or with a ball of cream or a "hat" of cotton candy or use it as kind of a side dish for a pancake, brownie or ice cream
