Marinated chicken coconut curry is indeed similar . The sauce is thick , savory and fragrant . Can be eaten with white rice but also tasty bread dipped in nets . Anyway pas deh a dish at the Feast and also provide exceptional taste .. hmm .. yummy

Ingredients :
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
500 grams of chicken meat , cut into pieces
500 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons Nestlé DANCOW fullcream , dissolved in 100 ml of water
 
Pulverized material :
6 pieces of red chilli
6 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
4 items hazelnut
1 cm turmeric
1 stalk lemongrass , white part , thinly sliced
1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
½ teaspoon pepper grains
Block 2 pieces MAGGI ® Chicken Flavor
½ teaspoon sugar
 
Material sprinkles :
2 tablespoons fried shallots
1 . Saute ground spices until fragrant . 2 . Add chicken , stir until stiff and discolored . 3 . Pour the coconut milk , cook until boiling and thick sauce , remove from heat. 4 . Serve warm and sprinkle with fried onions as a complement . Tips : - In addition to the chicken pieces that still can be used boned chicken . - To use the sauce is not too thick coconut milk medium, not too thick . Can be made from ½ coconut grated
