Chinese Sauteed Tomato and Tofu

The appetizing trick of this skinny dish lies in the tomato sweetness and sour, as well as the fresh vegetable aroma stressed by the stir frying cuisine method. The tofu becomes increasingly luscious when saturated with tomato juice. Also, tofu and tomato have two kinds of tender textures which go very well together.

14 oz. firm tofu
14 oz. tomato
2 cloves garlic
1 oz. garlic sprout (optional)
1/8 oz. ginger
1 1/2 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. light soy sauce
3/4 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
