Chocolate Peanut Butter Toffee Bars

Do you like chocolate? Peanut butter? Toffee? If you answered yes to all three do I have a treat for you! This delicious candy bar recipe combines all these great flavors and melds them together to create a mouth-watering treat that you are sure to enjoy. Package up these beautiful bars in some festive containers and they turn into the perfect gift.

1/2 c butter ( softened )
1 egg yolk ( room temperature )
1/2 c peanut butter ( creamy )
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c old fashioned oats
1 1/2 c flour ( can use part whole wheat )
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz (1 cup) peanut butter chips (I use Reese’s)
1 c English toffee bits
