Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie

A wholesome, high protein breakfast is less than 5 minutes away with this Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie! Dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and loaded with chocolate, peanut butter, and banana goodness!

1-2 cups ice ( I like to use 2 cups for a very thick smoothie )
1 banana ( sliced and frozen )
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk or Silk Chocolate Cashew Milk
1 scoop (about ΒΌ cup) plant-based chocolate protein powder or 1 (5.3 ounce) Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder*
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
Pinch of salt
Optional Garnish: dairy-free chocolate chips
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until thick and smooth. Garnish with chocolate chips, if desired. Serve immediately!
