The name says it all... you just have to taste it! :)

2 cups green salad (shredded)
2 cups cabbage (shredded)
2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
1 cup beetroot (peeled and grated)
1 cup carrots (peeled and grated)
salt to taste
7 tbsp oil (divided)
vinegar to taste

1. Put each of the vegetables in a separate bowls and add salt and vinegar to taste. Add 1 tablespoon of oil into the green salad, carrots and beetroot, and 2 tablespoons into the two cabbage bowls, Mix each at a time.
2. Arrange salads into a big plate at your convenience and enjoy! Bon appétit!
p.s. You can mix everything in one bowl and get a tremendous vitamine bomb, but I personally prefer it this way.
