So my three favorite things, Starbucks, peppermint, and coffee! Here is my copycat starbucks recipe enjoy!

2 shots espresso or strong coffee
1 cup lowfat milk
a few drops of peppermint extract or 1 tablespoon peppermint schnapps
fat free whipped cream for garnish
