Creamy Pasta with Brown Butter and Sage: There is something very satisfying and comforting about buttered pasta. A brown butter sauce for pasta can bring a simple pasta dish to the next level with the addition of a few simple ingredients. 2 cloves garlic
1 thumb-sized ginger
1 lemongrass stalk
1 lb crabs
1/2 lb medium-sized shrimps
1 cup coconut milk
1 ounces spring onions

Chicken and Apples are indeed an uncommon combination, however, the pairing creates a cohesive flavor that can fill your hunger pangs. 1 cup grated carrots
1 cup fresh shredded coconut
6 dates soaked in water for half hour ( about 70g )
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds ( pounded )
1/2 cup desiccated coconut ( optional )
2 -3 people (makes about 12 balls)

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Process briefly until well mixed, for one minute or so.

Roll carrot mixture into balls. Optionally roll balls in desiccated coconut.
