½ teaspoon nutmeg

1 (½ cups) Silk Soy Milk
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons butter ( melted )
1 large egg ( beaten )
For Topping:
Cranberry Apple or Vanilla Noosa Yoghurt
