Take the stress and mess out of preparing and cooking butternut squash with this simple technique and easy roasting recipe.

1 large butternut squash
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
optional 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Peel your butternut squash with a potato peeler.
Slice into rings and cut out any seeds.
Chop into 1 inch cubes.
Spread the cubes out in a large baking dish.
