I enjoy trying different kinds of foods. Especially when it’s something that I can make at home and know exactly what’s in the recipe. The other day, eggplant was on sale for $0.99 per eggplant at my local grocery store so I snatched two up. I knew right away that I was going to make baba ganoush.
