Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Never eat boiled brussels sprouts again. Roasting them with olive oil, salt and pepper brings out a toasty sweetness to this once feared vegetable.

1 lb brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
