5 pieces of white meat fish fillets (weighing a total of ± 500 grams ) , cut into pieces large box
4 cloves garlic , finely chopped

1 lemon , squeeze the water

How to Make : 1 . Heat oil and saute garlic , onions , lemon grass , lime leaves , ginger and coriander root until fragrant . 2 . Add the rest of the other ingredients ( except fish and lime juice ) and cook until boiling . 3 . Enter the fish , cooking for another 10 minutes until the fish is cooked . 4 . Add lime juice , stir briefly and remove from heat. 5 . Serve with appendages .
