5 pieces of white meat fish fillets (weighing a total of ± 500 grams ) , cut into pieces large box
4 cloves garlic , finely chopped
2 medium onion , cut into chunks
2 stalks lemongrass , take the whiteness , crushed

2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 pieces of coriander roots , washed and finely chopped
6 tablespoons fish sauce ( fish sauce )
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar ( brown sugar ) , can be replaced ordinary sugar
800 ml of liquid milk
5 stems of coriander leaves , torn
1 lemon , squeeze the water
4 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Complement :
Chopped cayenne pepper
Cilantro for topping
How to Make : 1 . Heat oil and saute garlic , onions , lemon grass , lime leaves , ginger and coriander root until fragrant . 2 . Add the rest of the other ingredients ( except fish and lime juice ) and cook until boiling . 3 . Enter the fish , cooking for another 10 minutes until the fish is cooked . 4 . Add lime juice , stir briefly and remove from heat. 5 . Serve with appendages .
