Delicious foil baked Cod fish, cooked with grape tomatoes, lemon and onion. An easy scrod dish to serve with a side salad or in tacos.

1 ½ pounds fresh Cod
½ white onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
½ cup of grape tomatoes
½ teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped finely
