Have you ever wanted to savor the taste of creamy, delicious guacamole...but didn\\\'t want to make a huge batch that would just go to waste? Try this yummy recipe for Guacamole for One (or two)

1 Ripe avocado
½ Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
1 Tbsp. diced red onion
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Mineral salt, to taste

1. Remove the pit from the avocado and scoop out the insides into a small bowl. Mash with the back of a fork.
