Happy Friday Island Shrimp and Lime Margarita's

So It's the middle of winter, don't let it get you down...why not perk up your friday with my Island Shrimp? Super easy, healthy and delicious, goes great with my recipe for Lime Margarita's! Hope everyone has a happy friday! ?

1/2 cup fresh pre-diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
12 oz peeled/deveined shrimp (thawed)
1/2 cup fresh pre-diced onions
2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
