This simple salad is healthy, flavorful, and colorful. Quick and easy to make, it will liven up your table and surprise your taste buds with an unexpected oriental twist.

Shredded white cabbage 3 cups (about 1/3 of a large head)
Grated carrot 1/2 cup
Diced apple 1 medium or 1/2 large
Diced red onion 1/4 cup
Fresh or dry dill to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Agave syrup or honey 1 tbs
Roasted sesame oil 1 tbs
Rice vinegar 1 tbs
Black sesame seeds to taste
