Kale, avocado and cucumber salad

Incredibly easy to prepare and deliciously good for you, this salad is a perfect, light lunch option. Enjoy!

6 organic kale leaves
8 organic tatsoi leaves
2 tomatoes
1/3 cucumber
1 avocado
¼ c lentil sprouts
¼ c mung bean sprouts
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
10ml olive oil
Pinch of dried chili
1 T deactivated yeast
Salt and black pepper to taste
10 de-pipped black olives
