Materials needed ply white

120 grams of wheat flour
30 grams of cornstarch
2 tsp cake emulsifier ( sp )
400 grams of margarine , soft whipped
4 pieces of egg yolk
4 pieces of egg white
300 grams of powdered sugar

40 grams of wheat flour
15 grams of cornstarch
1 tsp cake emulsifier ( sp )
12 egg yolks
2 eggs egg whites
150 grams of powdered sugar
20 grams of cocoa powder
200 grams of margarine , shake gently
How to Make Soft Genuine Lapis Surabaya - First , prepare by mother / sis three trays with a size of 22 x 22 cm , then line it with baking paper and spread margarine well . Set aside . - For the white layer Recipe : Shuffle the egg yolks , egg whites , and sugar until smooth . - Then insert cake emulsifier , beat again until fluffy . Bake in oven at 180 º C for 30 minutes .
