An easy and yummilicious on the go snack for Keto-On mode lifestyle. These soft and crunchy munchkin or cookies are great alternative for satiating your sweet tooth cravings. These remind me of my childhood days when our grandma would make huge batch of pinnis (small munchkins with dry fruits and wheat flour) for us. This recipe closely matches the taste.

2 cups almond meal
1 cup flax seed powder
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fennel seeds (saunf)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
40 gm coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon heavy cream or almond milk
1 cup Xylitol
10-20 pumpkin seeds for garnishing
